Camp Manager puts online booking, the front desk, payments, your calendar and guest follow-up in one system. Enter a booking once, wherever it starts, and everything else follows.
Camp Manager in 35 seconds
Sound familiar?
“I’m on the phone at 9 at night taking bookings.”
Guests book and pay online at any hour, so the evening calls stop.
“It’s a spreadsheet, a paper book and an inbox.”
Every booking, payment and guest lives in one place, entered once.
“We double-booked a holiday weekend.”
Guests and staff book from the same live availability, so a booked site isn’t offered twice.
“I forgot to chase a payment.”
Unpaid bookings stay flagged, and Pay Now links go out by text and email.
One product, three parts
A booking from your website, the phone or the walk-up window shows up on your calendar, the guest record and the payment ledger instantly.

A site map or list with live availability, the total before paying, secure checkout by Pay Now link or QR code, and a guest portal to manage bookings.

Search the guest, pick dates, see only open sites with nightly prices, add the site and take payment. Check-in and a live campsite map included.

Reservations land on your calendar. Inquiries go into a pipeline with notes and tasks, and confirmations, receipts and follow-ups go out automatically.
What’s included
Guests and staff see the same map and availability for any dates, for sites, cabins, tents and other rentals.
Guests finish payment on their phone. A numbered invoice is ready the moment payment clears. Use the processor you choose.
Confirmation emails, receipts and payment links go out on their own. You decide what the messages say.
Sell firewood, charcoal and camp store items on the same order as the site.
Track reunion and group requests with dates, notes, tasks and the quoted amount, so no lead slips.
Revenue for today and this week, active bookings and customers, with every payment tied to a guest and a stay.
See it before you talk to anyone
Whispering Pines is a sample property running on Camp Manager. Book a site the way your guests would and see the whole flow for yourself.
Search dates and see only open sites
Filter by tents, electric, full hookup, pull-thru and cabins

Questions owners ask
More detail on the FAQ page, or get exact answers for your park in the walkthrough.
Read all FAQs →Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests book on your campground’s own booking page in a browser. They enter their name and email, pay, and get a confirmation and invoice. Booking creates their account for later.
Does it work with my website or current software?
Yes. We can put the booking page on your existing website or match your brand, and Camp Manager can connect to other reservation software through an API or Zapier.
Can I keep my payment processor?
Usually, yes. You choose your processor. Connect the one you already use, or we’ll help you set one up. We’ll confirm yours is supported in the walkthrough.
We’re small and seasonal. Is it worth it?
Smaller parks often feel the phone time the most, and the quiet months are the easiest time to set up so you’re ready before guests start booking.
